Just some crossover ideas silliness

yarol_2075Been toying with two crossover plot bunnies for quite a while now; both are rather absurd but...they amuse me.
One is a Stormwatch, Captain Scarlet (original series) crossover, where the whole of Skywatch two get tossed across the Bleed, in lieu of what happened in Stormwatch Vol. 2 issues 10 & 11 and the WildC.A.T.S Vs Aliens issue, into the Captain Scarlet universe. Skywatch 2 would be destroyed/self-destruct, and the crew has to make an emergency evacuation transport over to Cloudbase. Unable to get back to their proper universe, Stormwatch would be drawn into the Mysteron/Earth conflict. One scene has already written itself in my head:
Captain Blue watched Jackson King's back as he left Cloudbase's recovery ward, then looked down at the silver haired man in the hospital bed.
"He acted as if he expected you to say something to him?" Blue prodded.
"Da, he expects me to rub his nose in it. Just prior to our abrupt arrival we had been involved, or rather not involve, in a situation where I thought we should have done more to help a parallel Earth's Stormwatch. He's now expecting me to chew him out," Nikolas explained drily, "to remind if that your organization, Spectrum, could have easily refused our request or attacked our personnel as they transported over, but that you helped us. And we just sat on our asses and watched New York City die."
Nikolas looked down and toyed with the blanket covering him.
"But I will not say it," he finished softly, with some vindictive relish in his voice, "because then it will be said and over with. By not saying it, he hears me say it all the time."
The other is a Stormwatch (detecting a theme here? hmmm?) and Saber Rider and the Star Sheriffs. It would involve rescuing the four Stormwatch members that died in the aforementioned issues (okay, okay, three, but dammit I hate what they did to Nikolas! grrr) and sending them into an altered future where they meet up with the Sheriffs, and it goes from there.
As I said, absurd, but very tempting to me. Anyway just needed to get the ideas out of my head and into some other type of forum ^_^;;;
