It's raining out. Not thundering, just a good honest to gods rain. And I want to go running around in it, shouting at the top of my lungs, and getting completely soaked. But I can't. Phooey.

*hugs* Better luck next time. I got to walk home from work in the rain three times in the last two weeks. (Not so much fun in an actual thunderstorm, though.)
