Tech Support, my style.
May. 27th, 2009 09:41 amIn my department we have scanners that we use for imaging; every now and again they will, for whatever capricious reason, stop working. My coworkers come and get me since I'm the closest thing we have to expert on these machines. I have discovered that whatever the problem is from simply not scanning to actually tech and network problems these machines simply will not work again until I have threatened, in a calm polite way, to smash them with a sledgehammer. Even if I haven't had a hand in the actually fixing of the scanner. Most bizarre.
